Our company’s human resources policy is to form a team that is open to continuous development that is learning and maintains an efficient and high performance based on the idea that no investment in human beings will be left unreturned.

In addition, within the framework of CMB Corporate Governance Principles III - 4;

• Informing employees about their personal rights, career and company opportunities,
• Ensuring safe working conditions and conditions for employees,
• Non-discriminating between the employees and taking measures to protect employees against maltreatment

These are the principles that our company board of directors has adopted under full consensus and that are followed up.

No complaints were filed by the employees, especially regarding discrimination.
