Our company's human resources policy is based on the belief that no investment in people goes unrewarded, and aims to create a team that is open to continuous development, learning, productive, and high-performing.

Furthermore, within the framework of Article III-4 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Principles;

• Providing equal opportunities to individuals under equal conditions,

• Informing employees about their personal rights, career opportunities, and company resources,

• Providing safe working environments and conditions for employees,

• Not discriminating among employees and taking measures against mistreatment of employees

These are principles that our company's board of directors has adopted with full agreement and follows up on in practice.

We have not received any complaints from employees, particularly regarding discrimination.
