DONATION AND AID POLICY

In line with its understanding of social responsibility, the company may make donations and provide assistance to educational institutions, foundations, associations, and public institutions and organizations operating for social, cultural, educational, etc. purposes, with the approval of the Management, in accordance with the principles specified in the Capital Markets Board and the Turkish Commercial Code.

The form, amount, and selection of the recipient institution, organization, or NGO will be made in accordance with corporate social responsibility policies. In addition, the company may make donations and provide assistance to foundations, associations, etc., established to operate in areas related to its business. Priority will be given to ensuring that donations and assistance are made to organizations granted tax exemption by the Ministry of Finance.

Donations and assistance that would lead to a departure from the principle of protecting shareholders' rights will be avoided.

The donations made will be presented to the shareholders at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for their information.
