ORHAN KORKUSUZ - Chairman of the Board

Born in Istanbul in 1968, Orhan Korkusuz graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He began his career in the IT sector, holding positions as Board Member responsible for Sales and Marketing and General Manager in various companies between 1990 and 2015. Since May 2015, Orhan Korkusuz has served as the General Manager of İhlas Pazarlama A.Ş.

AHMET OLGUN - General Manager

Born in Istanbul in 1979, Ahmet Olgun graduated from Uludağ University with a degree in Electronics Engineering. Olgun has held positions as field test engineer, service manager, call center manager, and after-sales service manager in various companies.

Ahmet Olgun joined İhlas Pazarlama A.Ş. in 2013 and was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2021. As of January 2025, Olgun serves as the General Manager of İhlas Ev Aletleri A.Ş.

BÜLENT KAYA - Deputy General Manager (Production & Purchasing)

Born in Ordu in 1966, Kaya graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1989 as a Physics Engineer. He completed his master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the same university, specializing in NDT methods, and received the title of Senior Engineer in 1992. Kaya, who worked at the Çekmece Nuclear Research and Training Center, also held important positions in the private sector.

Since 1994, Kaya has held various senior management positions at İhlas Home Appliances and currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of İhlas Home Appliances.

MAHMUT KEMAL AYDIN ​​- Board Member and Managing Director Responsible for Financial Affairs

Born in Kastamonu in 1957, Mahmut Kemal Aydın graduated from the Istanbul Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences.

Between 1976 and 1982, he served as the chief general accountant at the Revolving Fund Treasury of Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, and between 1985 and 1989, he worked as a labor inspector at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security's Labor Inspection Board. Starting his career at İhlas Holding A.Ş. in 1989, Aydın participated in the company's IPO efforts between 1993 and 1994. From 1998 to 2015, he served as the board member responsible for financial affairs and deputy general manager at İhlas Holding A.Ş.

Mahmut Kemal Aydın continues to serve as a board member and senior executive in İhlas Group companies.

UĞUR KURT - Deputy General Manager (Marketing and Product Management)

Born in Ankara in 1978, Kurt completed his associate degree at Gazi University Vocational School of Finance and his bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics. Kurt holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate and an Advanced Capital Market Activities License.

Having started working at İhlas Home Appliances in 1996, Kurt worked in the production planning, international procurement, export, and strategic planning departments. Currently, Kurt serves as the Head of Investor Relations and Deputy General Manager of İhlas Home Appliances.
